- Removed PipZap (too many tuner arriving on Enigma2)

+ MultiRC to change the codes on the remote (use with caution!)
+ NetworkWizard
+ Movieretitle
+ Autoresolution (only dm800)
+ Bitrate Viewer
+ Liste satellites default with Astra and Hotbird including bouquet of preset channels with the main Italian! (img in practice, if chosen by the initial wizard, since the first launch lets you see the channels are more important without any research!)
