Barry Allen for Dreambox 7025, 7020, 600 and 800 4.6.16

the 4.6.15 is just a new kit to further test the norwegian language support, It looks like I really have forgotten to update the version info in the plugin.

So don't re-install, simply install the 4.6.16

With 4.6.16 the Norwegian shell script support in BA should work also, please test and report.
