-Show event-names
-Changed sizes of the video-windows to work on a DM7020-E2.
The PiG fix on my SVN is needed to be in the image
-Some small changes in config-handling
-Added bouquet-selection (most stuff stolen from the GraphMultiEPG)
-follow eConsoleAppContainer changes
-Made Mosaic translateable and added german, turkish and italian
translation-files.
