CCcam Info v0.8b

New in this version:

-Configswitcher
-Ecm Info screen & configurator (Menu => Config => System => Ecm Info)
-Show version number in general info screen
-Use also info-button in main screen
-Updated de, es and it. Thanks to Spaeleus and titovich

New in v0.8b:
-Size changes in screens to fit in with skins with bigger letters
-FIX: crash if no caids found in current service
-FIX: not shown encrypted systems (conax, dreamcrypt, cryptoworks)
