my dish can't receive the the east-beam of Turksat 3A.

On 10968 H 11200 5/6 startes the new Azerbaijan Package.

Can someone check the 'Idman TV test card' channel if it is coded or Free To Air.

There have been posted the BISS-Key in some Boards.

My question is:
IS the channel coded or not

On Flysat and DXer Board there is written that the channel is FTA and started transmission today.
And othere person said that the channel is only on BISS for special events. Have there been a special event today?
