-fix plugin start process: initialize teledunet start (Start_iptv_player) after open IPTVChannelList screen not before.
-fix key_yellow functionality on IPTVChannelList.
-fix bouquets/channel switch in IPTVChannelList on selection changed: fix save last bouquet channel index.
-fix bouquet/channel switch in IPTVPlayer
-fix exit plugin from IPTVPlayer menu
-fix setup screen: add password hide mask ***** if the password entry is not selected
-add missing fullhd screens: missing pictures background are simply scaled (need to add setup1920.png & update1920.png to skin img directory)
New feature:
-add enable refresh id and refresh time option to setup screen (based on busybox-cron which is pre installed on most enigma2 images (OE2.0/OE2.2) :
default will refresh id very 2min (seems to work fine for "normal" zapping frequency) and can be adjust between 1-5min
-add/remove crontab on plugin start/exit if auto refresh id is enabled/disable
-teledunet and glarab fixed
-add more channel
-and much more

- remove the use of busybox-cron due website changes
- fix teledunet script (captcha feature added)

How I activate the teledunet channels
1. Press the menu button then enter your login data and restart your device (full restart).
2. go down to the teledunet list and press the blue button then enter the Captcha code that appears on the right side and press green.
3. If the channels stops Repeat step (2).
4. now good entertainment.
