Fix ssl error with some (turkish) LC_CTYPE
On OpenATV 7.1 an individual file LC_CTYPE is used for each language. On turkish this cause ssl error unable to find public k.ey parameters.
Thefore add workaround which changes locale LC_CTYPE to default en_US while using the plugin.
In fact this should be fixed in the image, but for now, while there is no clear reason, I will leave this here.

Bazı (türkçe) LC_CTYPE ile ssl hatasını düzeltin
OpenATV 7.1'de her dil için ayrı bir LC_CTYPE dosyası kullanılır. Türkçe'de bu, ssl hatasının genel k.ey parametrelerini bulamamasına neden oluyor.
Bu nedenle, eklentiyi kullanırken LC_CTYPE yerel ayarını varsayılan en_US olarak değiştiren bir geçici çözüm ekleyin.
Aslında görselde bunun düzeltilmesi lazım ama şimdilik net bir sebep yokken bunu burada bırakıyorum.

2-Do not use a specific en_US locale as it may not exist in the image.
