E2 Plugin DreamScreen 1.3 r2 all (*.ipk) - 12.12.2020

- Have now changed the "on / off" options so that the new DreamOS elements with the "pretty buttons" come into play. CEC on / off removed. Doesn't work for me anyway, the screen is full of garbage and can be set once via the app (if it works).

Usually only a control via mobile phone app is provided for this. That got on my nerves. As far as I know, the plugin should run on all E2 variants.

- New options. Automatic switching on or off of DS when the box goes into idle mode and when the box is stopped / restarted.
