Changes:

* two big bugs fixed: update external keybundles RB
* ability to update from pre-downloaded redbull's keybundle and also via internet
* ability to import constantcw settings from minicat's and redbull's keyformat tool (2.4x tested, you can find it, one section below from here), so the settings are always up-to-date.
You can do this in the application's setup, but be careful!
