New version of Dreambox Screenshot Tool v1.71!

What's new??

- Added autodetect of 8 or 32bit OSD skin.
This option will override the manual choice of "Rotate Background Picture".
So if you manualy will force the rotation or not, uncheck this option and manual set the "Rotate Background Picture" to your choice.
- Added "Delete file" in picture preview window.
Select picture to delete and press Delete key on keyboard.
- Some minor adjustments in the code


Language added: English and Norwegian
